here is a proposal for a quick wall construction based on an ifc file. as a result an ifc file

with part compound and draft move, the position in the room in the fcstd file could be quickly corrected

A big advantage with 3D planning is the determination of earth masses. in freecad this is very quick and easy. in this example, 285 m3 of soil must be removed

Normally only the creator of an ifc file changes the ifc file. in my clientele, however, you also want to edit third-party ifc files. here is an example of how easy and quick it can get with freecad.

Added some more wooden beams/columns.
Hard to find the exact geometry. I am wondering about the
static stabilty... :?

the drawings do not seem to match reality. here you can see a strong bar.
