Room recognition and schedule

Post by JussyAD »

Is there a way for FC to designate spaces as actual rooms in a building model and generate a table listing the room numbers and their respective areas? Please say yes!

Moved to Arch forum.
A Sketcher Lecture with in-depth information is available in English, auf Deutsch, en français, en español.

Basically there is ArchSpace you can use in the first place, here is forum announcement.

Seems has a script to generate a schedule in a discussion.

More experimental discussion probably.

Good luck :)

My customers also have questions like this. there are several departments, e.g. construction, tender, statics, etc.
nobody wants to do more work so that someone else can make it easy.
i can only imagine one case where it makes sense. in a 1 man office, where everything is done by one person. the only question is whether the programming effort is worth it
