I have not so much experience with the live time of wooden windows, but a bit about aluminum alloy windows, which have also an internal drainage system.
Maybe the principles can be transferred to wooden material windows (minimum double glazed, not single glazed).
These Windows have inside the frame, as a minimum, two rubber rain protection layers.
The outside rubber protection layer is the protection layer against hard rain attacks
(german word: Schlagregen), which of course is not a 100 percent protection.
The next internal layer (direction to room side), with separate rubber sealing, protects against what comes through the outer layer. Between both layers, there is a drainage system, with small outside openings, to ensure, that the water can drain. These openings also helps the dry effect, in relation with the outside air, during dry weather phases
A far as I know, the newest generation have 3 protection layers.
In case of aluminum alloy windows, frame internal insolation material is used, to reduce the effect of thermal bridges, not necessary for wood, as it is a relative good thermal insulator itself (all related to the frame).
To make a long posting short , the drainage concept of wooden windows seams to be promising.
Single glazed windows should not be use. Due to the low surface temperature of the glass (single glass) during winter, there is cold radiation near the window, which does not feels comfortable, even if the room temperatur is high (and vice versa in summer)
Here is a link about the recommended relation, between room temperature and room surface temperature (from that, general guidelinee not more than 3 degree difference -> 21 deg room -> 18 deg surface)

thanks for the info, aluminum is also interesting because of its low weight. I am also familiar with such drainage systems with some plastic windows, because some water always flows past the seals into the hollow frame.
nowadays we have mold problems because the houses are getting more and more airtight, there is no more condensation on the windows and the shower is more frequent and hotter than in the past. i can easily imagine your double-glazed aluminum window in a tiny house without a shower.

Just passing by to say this is an awesome project!! I've seen a lot of tiny house projects recently, and there is something fascinating about somehow rethinking the whole thing, but improving by buildind upon other experiences...
Moisture and condensation will definitely be a problem in an airtight container. My own instinct would say "make things openable for natural ventilation as much as possible" and allow things to dry when needed rather than aiming for perfect tightness

thank you for your cooperation. a friend of mine who is also an architect like you, says the same, no airtight insulation, but deliberately allowing air to circulate.
I believe that there is good circulation through the gap that is created in the telescopic roof.

Here is a detailed suggestion for the transition from wall to floor with a drip edge so that no rainwater runs under the floor. this is a common design error e.g. with many caravans.

114mm wood, and not even solid wood. If you take the rebated siding and the screws into account, you are left with a very poorly insulated structure. What Rc are you aiming for? And shouldn't there be a ventilation gap behind the siding?

Erwin thoma has found out that no air layer is necessary.
you could use 2 60s square timbers plus an outer layer. is that ok?
