[Merged] Working plane proposal

I have 2 requests for the working plane:
- can it start XY by default? I think it's easier for newbies to not see it moving each time they shift the view (consider the default view is axonometric), or aligning by default with the current view;
- the second thing is related to the first: when changing the working plane to be not parallel to the XY plane, the "nice girl" human figure life is put at serious risk, being it hanging from the ceiling or walking on the walls... can we remove it? Also consider that if Draft is used for something different from architecture, you risk to see you circuit board or mechanical valve stamped on by her foot...

I totally agree. In Arch and/or Draft (maybe not in BIM, that can be pure 3D always), especially, IMHO make sense to start as default new project with a XY plane, and not inserting the human figure by default.

Oh, maybe we should rename that text in "show girl border"

yes the text is confusing, i also searched for a long time. the figure was probably added without changing the text

for me it is the main effect

Lets Say a human size big side effect.
If we want to keep the figure we should add another option IMO.
