That sounds good. Changes to imported ifc files are not required. At bim, the creator of the ifc is responsible for the content of the file and should also make changes (only he)

Mayknow where can I find your code? It looks super interesting and I would like to contribute by translating or doing documentation or programming work.

Welcome ! Maybe you can have a look at other posts where other peoples are working with codes for Stairs generation :)

Thanks paullee, I was especially interested in the parametric nature of Mayknow's tool. I must admit that I didn't look into detail into the other projects you posted.
