layer do change view properties in any case but should not

if a object is added to a layer the view properties are changed. IMHO it should be possible to add a object to a layer without changing the view properties. In German AutoCAD this is known as "vonLayer". If set to False the view property is not taken from the layer.

The background behind is as follows. In ifc the view properties are not stroed in the layer, but FreeCAD does use the layer view properties on ifc import. Thus on ifc import all material colors are overwritten.

Since some changes in Draft would need to make I may add a preference to not import the layer on ifc import as a fast workaround.

Override Line Color Children
Override Shape Color Children
