Let's see if I can figure out the woods you used:
Guitar top and sides are koa (acacia koa)
Guitar back and neck are sapele (as I doubt it's still possible to procure mahogany?!?)
The body is made of 2 pieces of wood :
- the top is indeed koa
- the back and sides are one hollowed piece of khaya ( often called african mahogany )
The neck is khaya too
Sapele looks pretty much like khaya, but heavier ( and quite a pain to bend and plane ).
It is probably still possible to get mahogany, although its trade is becoming more restricted.
I have not bought any mahogany for some years since I have some in stock.

Edit: I just realized that the OM guitar DXF blueprint I downloaded years ago was from your website! Thanks for sharing your work!
I am not surprised, since I don't think there is that many free guitar plans available (most are for sale).
That was the time when I discovered technical drawing ( with QCAD 2.0.5 community edition ).
Time has passed by, I discovered FreeCAD, and 3D modelling is a new exciting challenge ...
