Sorry, I am unable to add the quadrant gear file for you to view as it is B.27 MB and to large include.
I will look at it again to see if I can reduce the file to be able to attach.

Is there a way to include larger files here?

No, you have to use a publicly available file service like dropbox.

I have not radius-ed all the quadrant teeth to save space.
