Sorry, not with techdraw-wb. This is a Swisscom antenna-site in Lenzburg.
Swisscom wants all drawings in native AutoCAD dwg format.
We have to upgrade the system for 5G. But there is no CAD of the existing structure,
so the site-engineer measured the structure and the console (Deutsch: Aufmass).

Haha I am 5 times may be 10 times more near to that antenna than you are! :D

BTW: Have you followed the femconcrete topic. Pretty exiting stuff will be in FreeCAD FEM soon!

Yes, I have seen the lot of work you guys are doing there.
This is interesting for me to calculate this:

We only upgrade to 5G at sites far away enough, because of the radiation...

about foundation, what interests you: reinfocement or foundation base plate geometry or both?

about the radiation!

About 5G: is't this death? Long live 6G?

Hi Bernd,
the foundation drawing above is taken from a parts-catalogue we got from Swisscom.
There are some predefined foundations we should use.
The problem is:
Nobody knows which foundation exactly was built, because Swisscom has no more detailled
CAD-drawings ore static calculations.
At the site, you only see the part above the ground. And we get no info about the ground,
for instance ground water-level. For the upgrade, we must use a fictional antenna system
with huge wind-loading, on the other hand we must "optimize" the static calculation. MMh...
At the moment, we estimate that more than 200 masts have to replace and build new.
Each site costs approx 150000 Swiss-franken. That means: there are 30 mio Franken more
cost which is not in the Swisscom-budget.

About radiation:
Was only a joke. I am not a doctor, but I think thats not the main problem.
On youtube, there are a lot of videos who tell you that the new 5G antennas run on
very high frequencies up to radar range. But thats not true. The "normal" LTE-Antennas
using up to 2 GHz, the actual 5G-Antenna Huawei AIR6488 runs up to 3,6 GHz.
I think the main problem with the "internet of things" is the (possible) surveillance.
A not so nice government can track your live...However

seams to me like ... The usually daily madness in structural engineers business ... One would think big company are well organized and keep all their drawings in an archive ... HAHAHA

About 5G, I got the joke ...
