So this may well be the first thing I try to get my 6040 CNC to mill.
It is a "stop chock" that can be rotated to give either a 15, 25, 35, or 45 mm space. (I will complement these chocks with CAM clamps which should only need to provide 10mm of clamping range.
The model uses a spreadsheet to define the dimensions and test 3 seperate milling strategies. The engoraving operation really needs a tool change (or a bigger font, but this is really just "hello world" so if the bit does not break I shall be happy!
