I think that an impeller (radial compressor) has 2 stages, even though they are made in 2 part:
- the central "inlet" part is close to an axial propeller, similar to what you have designed
- a radial "exhaust" part, that doesn't appear in your design

i only got a 200mm 5Axis and not capable of AL it hat a 6mm BALLend bit 80mm long
did you make the g-code with fusion ?
But I don't see how you could machine your part, even with a 5-axis machine.
