The model is not completed yet. But arch workbench have a good tool for creating windows.
I used this tool in my other project of the small bathhouse built of profiled logs.

I like this project, but 1 comment. I am afraid that when I am on top of the stairs I hit my head to the roof. My suggestion is to rotate the top of the stair 90 degrees to the middle of the house

In the bathroom, you have water coming from all 4 walls, and sewers going down on 3 walls, that's going to make a lot of plumbing. Especially the toilets are going to be a PITA. Can't you regroup the water supply and sewer needs into a more concentrated region (ideally 1 wall) ? And close to the needs with the kitchen ? Much less hassle to actually build.
try the Assembly4 workbench for FreCAD — tutorials here and here
