Especially the toilets are going to be a PITA. Can't you regroup the water supply and sewer needs into a more concentrated region (ideally 1 wall) ? And close to the needs with the kitchen ? Much less hassle to actually build.
There are water and sever pipes going throw for only one external wall. And bathroom with kitchen have common wall.

Great work!

I used the VR extension to walk around the house and noticed one thing that bothers me. Space between stairs and a wall is very limited, 470 mm. IMO anything less than 600 mm will uncomfortable.

Hi kwahoo
I suggest using a folding ladder like this:

So this is not a problem.

is the foam concrete made on building site or is it intended to use foam concrete bricks? How about the inner walls? What are they made from?

I read this thread sometime ago, and had been curious what does it mean by 'foam concrete' ?

Aerated concrete ? Reinforced concrete with rebar ?

Thanks.

In the repo is a Ytong D400 mentioned. This is a autoclaved aerated concrete brick. I assume the partition walls are done with D500.
See https://www.ytong.ru/produkty-ytong.php (kyrillic pages!)

cheers
