Using a raster on the facade as a workaround for the grid snapping issue when there is a face in the way is clever. Thanks for that. With the raster it looked almost like an Ungers building BTW.

Just curios Draft Snap Grid feature is not working ? I don't use this either.

Not when there is a face. You have to switch to Wireframe then.

Looking at the Teil 1 video (https://forum.freecadweb.org/viewtopic. ... 70#p460867) there are some snapping issues. You can't snap to the intersection of a face and a raster line.
