It is probably downscaled or wieszak17 has a very big printer;) The model is a Polish steam lomotive wheel I think.

Wheel is indeed for polish steam loco - Ty51. Model is in scale 1:25, so wheel diameter is 58mm.
Well, i could post .fcstd but it is 83MB in size, and quite hard to follow which feature was used after which - i don't know why but it ended a little mixed.
Yes, element was printed. Project was done for my friend - i made .stl file then he send it to someone commercially offering printing services.

What pleasantly surprises me is that the original model is still accessible and although made with 0.14 it still opens fine with 0.19_pre. And might be even not so hard to fix.

That kind of wheel I did draw in DesignSpark Mecanical some years ago. Now I see it can be done in FreeCad too. Very nice works.
