Nice tutorial! I am also very impressed to see where freecad is going.

Rotational Delta Robot Stepper Motor Carrier (inc. source freeCAD files)

My progress after a few weeks of learning FreeCAD (and unlearn my high expectations from years of Solidworks)

Showing the part after meshed for STL export and printing...

Thanks to some instabilities I get to think about completely new and improved design iterations immediatelly when I need to change something - I start over:

Right now its printing and when I wake in the morning it should be ready to evaluate...


Anybody into 3d Printing here?
If this was actually part of a FEM/FEA mesh, it makes me think about the 'chromatist Agenda'*** : Anybody seen this video about FEM/FEA based material 'properties' to use it to differentiate on infill strategies...

***what is 'chromatist Agenda?
