call for screenshots - By Yorik

Post by yorik »

Message to everybody who posted cool projects here (yes, that's many of you): I'd like to gather cool newer screenshots of FreeCAD for the homepage and the screenshots section of the wiki. If you have any good image that is at least 1024 pixels wide, please tell me or post in this topic: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=4751 , I'll be happy to place them on the homepage or the wiki, with your name of course. Thanks!

Or if you already have 1024px images posted here (wieszak here above, for example), just tell me if you allow/want me to publish them...

Maybe you should make this topic sticky, otherwise it gets lost at same point.

Argh! It's nice to see my screen shot at top of freecadweb.org, but please... not 'toy train' ! :D 'steam loco frame' would be most
accurate. Its drawed at 1:1 scale, with all details you can found at real loco, so it is not a 'toy' ;)

Hi Yorik, Thanks for putting one of my images on the Home page, but the tree view doesn't match the model! So here are two better screen grabs, not just the image from Tools -> Save Picture. You can use whichever you like; they're actually larger than they appear in the forum.
