No, I make group of 4 letters maximum.
I place them into place one by one and I make a bool substraction with an external "cylinder" to have the same heught of letters everywhere.

Nice tankard, and I love the word play! 
For non-French speaking people, It's a play on "Les forces du Mal", or "Forces of Evil" in English. Malt is of course the same word in French and English.
