Try each option, then go to View -> Panels.

In the past the property editor and the tree view were separate. But now they are combined into the combo view. These options allow you to have the older behavior.

I have this commit queued up for the next PR... but still need to work on the tooltip description.

By the way, watch out for the bold tags inside tooltips. I'm not really sure if this is allowed.

Pull request #2584: Gui: fix DlgSettings3DView.ui, remove bold tags <b> because it causes an error in compilation
