saved under win10, not opening in debian?

Hello,

i saved i beginning project under win10 (ver 0.17 which one so ever) an tried to open the file on a debian Freecad 0.17 (option ??).
And it will not open.. and Freecad would crash..

Why did you post this in the Developers corner forum. Please read its description. Are you a developer? This is a user request, so it should have been posted in "Help on using FreeCAD".

Troubleshooting requires precise statements, not sloppy ones like "which one so ever". In the Help on using FreeCAD forum, there is an "IMPORTANT: Please read first..." announcement that details how to provide your full FreeCAD info.

I have no problem opening your file in the following FC version.

Opening this file works for me, too. You should start FreeCAD inside a terminal window and then check what gets written when it crashes.
