No.

But you can use some "workarounds". For example:

Move:

To move "block" of sketcher geometry constrain it first up to a point it will allow you to do that.

Copy:

First create one sketch and after use Edit -> Duplicate selection on it. Select both sketches and use Part Design -> Merge sketches.

Mirror:

Maybe there is a way as i didn’t investigate in depth. But you will probably want to do something with the created sketch after it is finished. For example add Pad or Pocket Feature. There are tools to mirror that (individual features and parts)!

You're welcome.

P.S. Maybe this features will be implemented in Sketcher WB in the future. For example copy/paste would probably make sense. But this is low priority as Sketcher WB primary function is adding and containing sketcher geometry and for this work flow features like mirror make less sense. Symmetry constraints are therefore probably what you are after!

Using 0.19, this functionality is now available!

1. If you in part design workbench etc, first goto the sketch workbench.
2. Then left click drag to select an area.
3. Then see these buttons:
- The left tool bar button is mirror, the right one is for clone/copy/move

Because the forum rules tell one to search before asking, and I searched for exactly this, and read this answer, and tried to apply it, it didnt go so well, so I read the help wiki, and discovered a better/more recent answer, so the next person who comes along will see the updated answer :D

I see. There is only the danger of reviving dead horses.

Is not a dead horse to a new rider... None of the suggestions above work for me... I have a sketch (file attached)...

I want to copy the item, flip it 90 degrees, and move the flipped copy to within about 2 mm of the original. I can copy it, I can clone it, etc. but when I do that, I cannot flip it or move it.

I have tried it unconstrained, fully constrained, padded, unpadded, etc. Haven't tried inside out, but would if I could. In the time I've spent trying to figure this out, I could have drawn a few hundred copies and tweaked them all to be identical.
