Linear pattern on a sweep.. possible?

Hi I am trying to do a linear pattern on a sweep, like in the attached file but its not working, am I missing sim fundamentals?
'
It says "Please create a subtractive por additive feature list..."

Any help or comment would be appreciated.

Yes, linear pattern on sweep is very much possible, but not using PartDesign. Use Draft Array or Draft PathArray.

Cool! I wonder why did you do it in a so complex way. For purposes of learning? I'd just screw ten self-tappers into the wooden wall behind ;) If it were concrete - that's a different story.

Because I have a 3DPrinter and dont want a number of screes on my wall. :shock:

15-20 mnutes with Freecad with the help of the forum here...
Then scotch with cardboard on the back and on the wall.
Thats it!

Sorry to nit pick...but your 10 and 11mm spanners are on the wrong hooks, they are out of order! :D
