resolution or smoothing of 2D arcs and circles on screen

I thought that there used to be a setting in preferences for increasing the number of segments that arcs and lines are made of on screen. I can't seem to find it. I want to smooth things out a bit. I notice that the arcs and circles in the sketcher are much smoother, but as soon as I am done with a sketch, they go back to the normal, rough look.

Thanks,
Dan

Screenshots below. The arcs are not tiny, so I think it's reasonable to want to change the resolution on them.

ok, with yorik's help I found it:

'Edit -> Preferences -> Part Design -> Shape View -> Tessellation'

I set mine to 0.0200 % This makes arcs look like arcs - I'll see if things freeze up.

Thanks,
Dan

We could maybe make that setting a bit more obvious?
