[solved] Part WB "Part_Slice" HowTo?

Post by nokian »

EDIT: Question removed (It was about using https://www.freecadweb.org/wiki/Part_Slice)

SOLUTION:
1. Create a cube
2. Create a plane
3. Choose "Part Slice" in PartWB.

Apply DraftWB "Downgrade" twice.

I can confirm that "Draft Downgrade" fails and creates a compound featuring the whole cube.
Use the Draft Downgrade command twice.

You're welcome.

P.S. Note that Lattice 2 workbench provides some additional commands (like the Explode command). The result should be the same as when using Draft Downgrade command. The difference being result stays fully parametric.
