Just for completeness, I remodelled your coupler in V0.17 with the work flow I suggested. I made use of the new PartDesign Hole which has a counterbore option.
I centred the cylinder on the origin. It is much simpler that way when using PartDesign Mirrored features.
I had to create a Part container and place both the helix and the Body in it, otherwise the ShapeBinder of the Helix would go back to the Body's origin (0,0,0) instead of the global coordinates (0,0,-7.5) of the Helix.
I think you'll agree that it's much simpler in construction than your model that has many Bodies and many Part Boolean operations.
