How to bring the Graph perpendicular to use b spline
I'm trying to make a curve like a bathtub but, It's not working because the Graph is under the extruded object. How do I move the sketch graph Parallel to the object so, I can sketch the inner parameters?

Re: How to bring the Graph perpendicular to use b spline
The Sketch and the BSpline have a Placement Property.
Play with these Parameters to align the BSpline to the Sketcher plane.

The placement for the sketch 001 is not moving the graph and for the object it's unenlightened. I can't use it to move the Pad. I know their is a way to do this but, I'm not sure how.

Lets got the other way
What I see/expect is that you want to create a spoon by combining two silhouettes?

I'm trying to work with a bend surfaces to make multiple objects but, yes a spoon/ice cream scoop is what I'm trying to do right now.
