PATH not following circle lines

Hey guys, heads up with this weird behavior of Path.
When creating a pocket in the path workbench in my laptop is cannot follow any circular lines. it only creates octagons.

Computer 1 (Not working):

The weird thing is that in my other computer it does work and it creates the circular path.
Both computers are up-to-date with the software.

I am attaching both files the good one and the bad one. Not sure what to do because if PATH does not work I might need to take my work computer home.

PLEASE HELP. I think it is a bug, help verify and place in the MANTIS ASAP.
