Hi,
Everything is done in Part Design workbench as I suspect some incompatibility for operations im differents workbench.
I have a project Pot.fcstd with 2 Body objects, cup and dish. As I want to use the assembly (dish and cup) many times in a future container project using File > Merge procect, I need to group the 2 objects dish & cup in one object with the same origin for both.
Is the right way to do is ... To use : Part Design > Bolean Operations > Fuse On the 2 body dish and cup.
Thanks a lot

Re: Grouping multiple body objects best practice.
No, that's not the idea of PartDesign. Doing so makes them a single object, which they aren't.
You would rather use a Part container, which holds both bodies.
A Sketcher Lecture with in-depth information is available in English, auf Deutsch, en français, en español.
Re: Grouping multiple body objects best practice.
This would be best for multiple items. Dish and cup are seperate bodies, unless there fused in real life.
