I suppose if Eason is talking about fillet, a quarter circle section tangent to the 2 curved paths?

Another way to think about it would be is there an way to create a fillet from maybe the reverse solid and a boolean operation, that would allow one to get creative with changing radius fillet?

Cheers

Using PartDesign, you can AdditivePipe (Sweeping with Lofting) with multiple sections and a Path. The panel has a Transform option with Multi sections... Created two Datum Planes to sketch mid and end sections...

Hi,
Explaining the detailed process would be a bit long, but here is what I managed to get:

Hi Chris,
thank you so much. I analyzed your model and understood how you created it. Not so easy.
Clever the sweep between the two lines and the ruled face as base for the two rails sweep.
I will try to find a more easy solution using the surface workbench.
Best regards
Wilfried
