fillet on curved intersections

the original question was to do the filets, my answer does not consume the way to get this kind of form, but since it gives you the opportunity to play "who has the smallest"(qui qui a la plus petite) list, I do that in 2 sketchs and a boolean

You're forgetting the pads. So you have two pads and one Part Common to my Pad and Pocket. Thus, it is less efficient.

no, no you overinterpret my first answer I did not criticize anything, I only noted the error and its consequence on the use of Partdesign, and suggesting more competent to correct the error to use the correct process
