Ticket #3537 - Draft Edit mode not working on MacOS X (HiDPi issue)

Just found this thread and have the same problem. After connecting an external screen I can now use the Draft Edit tool. On the built in MacBook retina display I cannot use the Draft Edit tool, exactly as reported by mumf83.

I'm running on: macOS High Sierra, 10.13.6, MacBook Pro, Reinta, 13-inch).

Hi all,

I am also not able to edit any points once a line has been drawn. I have tried using the app "Duet for Mac", which allows the iPad to be used as a small secondary monitor. When I moved FreeCAD to the secondary screen, I was able to grab the point once to edit the line, but have not been able to repeat.

I have tried increasing the:
* Preferences > Display > Colors > Pick Radius to 50.0px.
* Preferences > Display > 3D View > Marker Size to 15px.

My specs are as follows:
Device: Macbook Pro mid-June 2012 Retina
Screen: 15.4-inch (2880 x 1800)
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 1024MB

I'm having a similar issue on Windows. I'm in draft edit mode and I can't select/move the vertices of this wire.

please post your version data in the same manner as the others, how to do this is explained in the forum rules link above. Also what is the size and resolution (how many pixels in each direction) of your monitor?

This doesn't seem to be a HighDPI display. What graphics card do you have? Is your driver recent? If it isn't ,then update. If it is, then try an older version.

I'm having the exact same issue. Draft WB curve node editing doesn't work at all. However, when I click on any node, the node does show up on the Selection View panel. But nothing else happens.

On the Sketcher WB though, everything seems to work fine, including the node/points editing. The bug only "happens" on the Draft WB.

The machine is an iMac with 5K retina display, Radeon Pro 570X graphics card.

Retry with a current 0.19 version. It uses a new Qt library which should improve things. Please report back.
