How to have dash line in dimension , draft tutorial

I can not find how to have dash guide line to target like in picture.
Please advise.

Hello,

Welcome here.

I'm pretty certain that those dashed lines are not part of the dimensions. They must be Image Draft Lines (<--link). In a Draft Line's View properties, you can set the Draw Style to Dashed.
