In my example above I have repositioned the sketch as well. I have realized that this was overkill. You can leave the Path where it was in your model and you have to place only the Pad in the center. That is something I can live with very well.

Also I would like to report the Draft WB path array align issue on Tracker, is it OK?

There is already issue #3389 on the tracker concerning the Draft Path Array tool, I wonder if it's related to your current issue?

Edit:
Although align on arc seems works. but the orientation looks weird, the body seems rotate on it's X axis after turn Align on.

Yes, I followed your instruction to modify the Draft.py, and able to get the result.
But modify the axis and rotation of the sketch is not intuitive, is there a reason why need to do that?
