Then I wonder why there is a "links go out of the allowed scope" with your file. And, it is outside of the Part and Body containers as my screenshot clearly shows.
EDIT: if I delete Pad_theText, the ShapeString gets outed from the Body as well as from the Part. This seems to indicate that you actually did not drag & drop the ShapeString over the Body.

That would explain it! Your dependency graph shows exactly the same as mine after I delete the Pad, drag & drop the ShapeString over the Body, and recreate the Pad.
