I have scripts and in the first 10-20 seconds the keyboard is working but after that the keyboard locks. The scripts performs a large number of cuts after some initial calculations and since it takes hours I can't use my computer and now I have complained about that and hope you will fix it.

Re: Using macros freezes my keyboard
Not truly a solution, but as you use Linux, you can try that to recover normal usage of the computer :
* "Alt+SysRq+R" will place your keyboard into raw mode and perhaps unlock it (SysRq key is PrtScr on most computers)
* "Ctrl+Alt+Esc" (if keyboard is usable) will allow you to kill the troubling app
