.emn file opening

I could no able to open .emn or .brd files in freecad.
Is there any setting to that ?

Hi,

.EMN is the standard extension for IDF board description. It should nicely open in FreeCAD. I never had any problem with it.
About .BRD, I don't think this format can be directly open by FreeCAD.

Could you detail the issue or provide the .EMN file ?

no issue if you don't use FC with Py3/Qt5 build...
it is fine i.e. with FC Version: 0.18.15396 (Git)
NB you need to create a new document and then import the 'emn' file

About .BRD, I don't think this format can be directly open by FreeCAD.

the emn is exported from Allegro pcb designer... I don't think there is a direct importer for FC ATM
