Re: Help for sheet metal part
One another thing which contributes to the global invalidity of that part (but should not prevent it from unfolding I guess) is that some paired bend faces have exactly the same radius. E.g., faces 37 vs 32 and faces 2 vs 50. A good bend should come with a bigger outer and a smaller inner radius.

Re: Help for sheet metal part
not at all, in sheetmetal works we do not change tools from one fold to another, and the inner and outer radii are obligatorily concentricA good bend should come with a bigger outer and a smaller inner radius.
Re: Help for sheet metal part
Yes, concentric, but radii are different. Just a random picture from web:

Re: Help for sheet metal part
Yes just for technocrat who have never seen a press bend even in photoYes, concentric, but radii are different
I have redo the subject, and I have many problems
If I made the chamfer of the central hole = unfold impossible, and it does not want to be done on the final unfold
If I made a gap (to refine the shape) on the second 2 folds at 45 ° they are reversed and I can not dislodge them any more
To make the vertical fold, I was forced to do it after doing the unfold intermediate of the main part (green)
I try to finish at best cutting by removing the superfluous (red), if I subtract the final unfold disappeared and is replaced by the intermediate
