Apply Part->Mirror on the body and fuse the body with its mirror (again in Part workbench).

Hi and thx,

it worked, but I can't improved the quality of the final surfaces.
The line in the middle is kept even if I set refine to True.

In any case, On the other hand, when I fuse these wing and cylinder, the latter has lower quality for surface.

Just a note, I don't know if this issue is already tracked somewhere else.

Only cylindrical and flat faces can be refined. But where is the problem? It is still the same solid. If you don't want to see the lines change , change the draw style to "Shaded".

About fusion feature:

If I export the STEP file and import it in Salome, you can see the problem.
"Shaded" is just a way to cover the problem, not the solution.

The middle part is missing in this file.

Hi,

the file uploaded has only two bodies.
Once they're fused together, one of the external faces on Body "CILINDRO" is being corrupted .

The middle element is visible if the step file is exported in STEP and imported in Salome (e.g.).
