Setting Part as default in Workbench

Is it possible to setup the "Part" Workbench as default instead of Start when FreeCAD is launched?

In the pull down menu select: Edit - Preferences and choose tab General.
In this sheet you can do the change

You can also leave FreeCAD to use Start Wb and then change to another Wb after loading using the setting below in Edit - Preferences - Start

But that's only available in v0.18, which is yet to be officially released.
