No object opening project in FreeCAD 0.18

Hello everyone,
I have just started creating things with such beautiful tool. I have already done many other things (tutorials and smal tests), but this is the first time that I have such problem. Basically I have created an object with many features and then inside the same project I have created some extern primitives to shape another extra object. Everything was working fine, then I don't really know what I did, they disapperead and I thought ok it is something that will be back on the next opening, but it was not!
Now even if they are shown, I don't see anything, moreover if I open a scketch with double click, freecad opens the left pane with solver messages and so on, but nothing is displayed in the center, not even the grid!

I tried to clean the project having only one final object, but again always the same behaviour.

How can I solve this problem?

You are some 4km away from your TV Press that toolbar button (Fit all) to center the view on your model.

thanks for the resolution. I thought about that and used V,F but it might have not worked!

In some WB, the 'V' key is intercepted for another function thus the 'V, F' shortcut doesn't work.
