Can you explain what you want to do?
Is the deveopement forum needed for this? It sounds like a help request to me...

I'm sorry that I didn't explain clearly.
I want to build a model like that picture.
This model named Annular_Section, which was defined with four points and two radius.
The ANNULAR_SECTION will produce an arc section of an annulus of rectangular cross section. Specify the two end points of the annular axis, Point1 and Point2, followed by the two radii (inner radius and outer radius), followed by the starting point of the annular arc section (Point3) and ending with the ending point of the arc section (Point4). Notice that the starting and ending points of the section arc must be defined in a positive right—hand rule sense.
Are you clear?

Yes you are clear now. Which mean it is something for a help topic and not developers topic

Sorry, I didn't notice it.
I consider that I'm going to add a new Modeling function in FreeCAD by using python. I thought that it was a developer topic.

@meme2704: I have followed the specifications in the OP's second contribution. If you disregard them it indeed becomes very simple.

Ok, but DatumPoint have coordinates, they do not fall like that from the sky, like flies on a honey toast :!:
so much the direct inclinations in the sketch (even using a spreadsheet)
