I'm having problems with the generated rebar geometry.
In the enclosed model I illustrate three different problems. The model contains spread footings and columns.
The first problem is with the object called South Footing. The rebar tool has the rebar protruding from the footing in the negative y axis. However, the North Footing object which has similar geometry was handled correctly. I was able to correct the placement by changing the placement of the ARCH Rebar object called StraightRebar.
The second problem is with the object called West Footing. The rebar tool position the rebar totally outside of the structure object along the X axis. Whereas the East Footing object, which has similar geometry and rebar dialog parameters was handled correctly. As with the previous problem, I was able to reposition the rebar using the placement attributes.
The third problem is with the object called Column 1. I had to create a square configuration of rebar so I invoked the rebar tool twice. The first time, the rebar, StarightRebar004, was placed correctly. The second time, StraightRebar005, was placed outside of the column along the Y axis.
Any one have an idea as to what is happening here?

Re: Rebar placement problems
I try to create the footing, but give it one shape.
1. create cube1 by Part WB, size = (8534.4,8534.4,457.2)
2. create cube2by Part WB, size = (6701.2,6701.2,457.2) then move to about middle of cube1
3. cut cube1 by cube2
4. make Arch's structure from the shape in step 3
5. Edit placement of the footing
6. insert rebar to footing by Rebar's WB
