Post by SvenGoord »

This is normal as your fillet is on a beveled edge, its cross-section on the XY plane is not an arc but a spline (a quarter of an ellipse in this case).

Fillet being very sensitive to topological naming issue, it is advised to apply it last. Could you model your part with square corners then fillet the whole at the end ?

The external edge carries out an arc of an ellipse. it's a little bit odd. So, to match it, let's make a new arc of ellipse!

I try thank you. Printing test part with fault radius to see how it look.

I try making square corners then round, but worse.

Yep. Some FC (or precisely OCCT I guess) limitations.
In the attached file you can find 2 proposals, hope one can match your needs. ;)
The first (left on the picture) uses Draft tool. Thus it only need one sketch, but is sensitive to topological naming issue and fillets radius isn't really mastered.
The second (right on the picture) uses a Loft between the primary sketch and a CarbonCopy of it where I changed the overall dimensions. It's a bit more complex, but immune to toponame changes, and fillets radius can be finely tuned. ;)
Feel free to require more details if needed. :)

Try doing them in sequence rather than all in one go.

Thank you, but I get corner overlap in first post.
