The only workbench mentioned in this topic is Defeaturing. It is still available and it works with your version of FC.

What did you try to do, and what was the failure message?

Hello,
i found the Add-on. Than you so much.

And it worked for another Part that I wanted to Fill. This part was easy.

But I am trying now to fill the big inner diameter of this one.

The function "Clean Faces removin holes and merging outwire" and "add Faces from in List Edges" does not do what I expected. This function curiously translate the other elements. What am I doing wrong?

Instead of defeaturing you may consider to create a cylinder filling the hole.
