Here are both fanducts. Not mine design, just downloaded from Thingiverse :)
Notice the nail polish covered ends of the old one. It worked like that quite some time. Fillament seemed expensive at the begining :)

Yes, we are... but we are sorry :)

Yes. This way the exit will point up and if the angle is more than 40-45 deg it should print ok without any supports. I made an single body (no treasure there :) )model of your duct:
Thanks a lot! I have already guessed it :) I was printing a new duct when I read your message :)
Notice that at the first bridge layer it might fail because the slicer tries to connect bridge to bridge:
I had something like this... but all holes were already closed at the 6th layer (height is 0.2 mm, bottom/top are 1 mm).
So before printing allways check your generated g-code and if you think that it might fail somewhere think what to modify in the model/slicer settings/supports included in model,... to fix it before printing.
Ok, thanks.

It is russian, but there are many photos and Cura English screens.

When I open your file.
Those errors are in Report View.

Are those errors (red) or warnings (yellow)? Nothing shows here with:

OS: Windows 8.1
Word size of OS: 64-bit
Word size of FreeCAD: 64-bit
Version: 0.19.17271 (Git)
Build type: Release
Branch: master
Hash: 2d8f7ef2b47a335f99036bf328f51da1e6d015d9
Python version: 3.6.6
Qt version: 5.6.2
Coin version: 4.0.0a
OCC version: 7.3.0
Locale: Bulgarian/Bulgaria (bg_BG)

Are you sure those are from that file? RMB on report view/Clear to remove all messages. Open the file. Do you stil get them? Nothing fancy in those moddels to show such errors.

Can you retry with a current 0.19? I think there has been some work concerning these extensions.
