Did you had "Auto remove redundants" selected? Described behavior is with it activated.

Same for me. I'm totally unable to reproduce a bug...

Please confirm that you see the same issue, then I will create a ticket.

Aren't those per sketch? First is the file from the OP so probably nothing specific set. The other is file from ChrisB so unless he has something specific...
But it is mainly connected with removing redundancies. Are there settings in the solver that govern this?

I will retry with a plain vanilla config.

I can reproduce the issue with both files AutoRemoveTangency.FCStd and AutoRemoveTangency2.FCStd. I used a completely new user.cfg. The only setting changed was in Sketcher to select the checkbox "Auto remove redundants".

I have upgraded my FreeCAD, so here are the infos again. The locale has changed due to the defaault config settings.

All 3 files work fine here. In all cases an 'end point to endpoint tangency' is applied and a coincident constraint is removed.
