There is no parametric spreadsheet, rather a little empirical
I start with an involute gear 80 teeth module 1 (this profile is suitable for this exercise)
I extrude and isolate one tooth
I draw an ellipse by the method of circles (not the Fc tool which is B-spline), I evaluate the opening angle of each arcs of circle to place an exact number of teeth
I place a copy of the tooth at the beginning of each arcs and make a aray polar patern of each

I downloaded the latest (Version: 0.19.18227) and now I can load the sample file. Thanks.

Saperlipopette , when I tray to do Page , the cartouche disapear when I type the drawing name
