Is it possible to Loft or Sweep these Facebinders to make them into a singular solid shape?
The program wouldn't perform the function with these objects, but I am wondering if there is a similar way to enact the same procedure with a different tool or function. Is it possible to Loft/Sweep Facebinders?

Jello papyblaise.
The technique you showed me above gave me an idea for how to solve the problem: Thank you for the inspiration and solution.
This is fairly close to the final appearance of the sword, now I just have to finish the fuel line and trim down the upper blade base.
The upper blade base is just a decorative line across the sword, it was never meant to be a cutting edge.
