mirrored additive loft

Post by baltic »

What is the real reason why Body001->AdditiveLoft can not be mirrored over the DatumPlane, through Part Design -> Create Mirror feature? Image

In Partdesign you can only use miror in the same body , so you have 2 bodies
the only possibility is use miror from Part Wb

A body should always produce in a single solid. In your case the mirror operation results in two separate solids and this is not allowed.
