Rotate a profile perpendicular to an edge

how can I rotate the square pipe profile perpendicular to the highlighted green edge?

Or use some extra geometry and expressions to calculate the angle. What do you want to achieve?

You can also create a datum plane (Normal) to the edge and map the sketch to the plane. For best usage, create sketches in Part design.
